E-Sign & Electronic Communications Notice
This notice explains how TRAVLS may provide records, disclosures and notices electronically, and how you can access, keep, withdraw consent to, or request paper copies of them. It applies where electronic delivery is permitted by applicable law. It does not replace any service-specific disclosure provided by a card issuer, payment provider, custodian, travel supplier or other partner.
Important. You are not required to consent to electronic communications. If you do not consent, we may be unable to provide services that can only be delivered electronically. Any statutory rights you have to paper documents remain unaffected.
1. Introduction
This E-Sign Consent (Consent) applies between you and Travls Dot IO Tourism Hub Inc., together with relevant TRAVLS affiliates (TRAVLS, we, us or our), in connection with the TRAVLS website, app, account and Services.
Electronic Communications means records, agreements, disclosures, receipts, statements, confirmations, notices, tax documents, privacy notices, updates, support communications and other information relating to your account or use of the Services. These may be delivered by email, through the TRAVLS app or website, through an in-app inbox, or by another electronic method that we make available.
2. Consent to Electronic Communications
By affirmatively accepting this Consent, you agree that we may provide Electronic Communications electronically rather than on paper, to the extent allowed by law. You also agree that electronic signatures, acknowledgements, check-box selections, taps and other electronic actions you take through the Platform may have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
This Consent applies to the following categories of records during your relationship with TRAVLS:
- account opening, onboarding, verification and security communications;
- terms, policy updates, service disclosures, receipts and confirmations;
- card, payment, remittance, wallet, travel, eSIM and rewards communications where available;
- account alerts, operational notices, legal notices and customer-support communications; and
- communications relating to a complaint, dispute, investigation, suspension or closure.
Some Services are delivered by regulated partners. Their own electronic-communications consent or disclosure may apply in addition to this Consent.
3. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access, receive and retain Electronic Communications, you need the following:

By accepting this Consent, you confirm that you have the necessary hardware and software and can access this notice in the electronic format in which it is provided. If a material change to these requirements creates a material risk that you will not be able to access or retain future Electronic Communications, we will provide notice of the revised requirements and ask you to renew your consent where required by law.
4. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications at any time, without charge, by emailing support@travls.io with the subject line “Withdraw E-Sign Consent.” Include your name, the email address registered to your account and, if available, your account reference.
We will process the request as soon as reasonably practicable. Withdrawal does not affect the validity or enforceability of Electronic Communications delivered before the withdrawal becomes effective. Some TRAVLS or partner services require electronic delivery; after withdrawal, we may be unable to open, maintain or provide those services, subject to applicable law and any relevant service-specific agreement.
5. Updating Your Contact Information
You must keep your email address, phone number and other account contact information current. You can update information through the Platform where that option is available, or by contacting support@travls.io. We may rely on the contact details you have provided until an update has been processed.
6. Requesting Paper Copies
You may print or download Electronic Communications when they are made available to you. You may also request a paper copy by emailing support@travls.io with the subject line “Paper Copy Request,” identifying the record you need and the address to which it should be sent. TRAVLS will provide paper copies of its own Electronic Communications without charge, unless a charge is permitted by law and clearly disclosed to you beforehand.
We retain records for the periods required by applicable law and our record-retention practices. Please save or print records you may need, as we may not retain every record indefinitely. A third-party provider may have a separate process for requesting records it issued.
7. Acceptance of Consent
By selecting “I agree,” checking a box, tapping an acceptance button or otherwise affirmatively accepting this Consent through the TRAVLS Platform, you confirm that:
- you have read and understood this Consent;
- you consent to receive the categories of Electronic Communications described above;
- you meet the hardware and software requirements listed above; and
- you can access and retain this Consent in electronic form.
